More About Mitchies Munchies

Custom Cakes in Las Vegas, Mitchies Munchies “Artistic treats you can eat!”; a custom Cake Artist voted #1 “BEST DESSERTS” in Best of Las Vegas awards. And ChefMitchie is Nevada Restaurant Association's CHEF OF THE YEAR 2023 :)

Mitchies Munchies is a fully licensed Cottage Maker; the FIRST in the city of North Las Vegas, NV.  We are not your typical walk-in bakery or treat shop. Our owner Michelle Curran aka ChefMitchie,  is an award winning Cake and Sugar Artist, ranked North America’s TOP TEN Cake Artist by Dessert Professional Magazine, has competed and made multiple appearances on Food Network and The Food Channel.

ChefMitchie’s expertise in creating custom cakes for birthdays, baby showers, bar/bat mitzvahs, day & nightclub, etc. make you question – IS THAT CAKE?  If you have a vision she can bring it to life through edible medium. Yes, she makes wedding cakes. Her preferred styles include eclectic, far-fetched,

inner-geek, Steam Punk, fantasy, the 80’s, horror, anything …unusual.

We are available by virtual appointment only (no same day), we do not “stock” ready-made cakes to write on (I.e. congrats, happy birthday.) All sugar art is hand-made; we will use plastic toys or toppers by client request. We do not sell cupcakes, sugar cookies, cake pops, hot cocoa bombs, keto friendly recipes, or sheet cakes. ChefMitchie has a strong policy that if she won’t eat it, she won’t sell it;

please do not request nuts or coconut to be added to any of her recipes.

Along with custom cakes our menu offers, Schmake Schooters and an assortment of Munchies (schnaks). We can tailor our Munchies to match your event.

Let us help you create a lasting memory with our unique skills and flavors.

You have so many flavors, may I have more than one? If your order contains more than one tier of cake, then YES, you may choose more than one flavor!

Do you make vegan, gluten free, or keto friendly products? At this time, we do not produce strictly allergen-free baked goods. It is your responsibility to tell us if you or your guests have food allergies. However. we do offer gluten-free, vegan, or keto friendly foods that are made in equipment that also processes wheat, milk, soy, and tree nuts.

Can you ship my order? CAKES? Unless you like crumb cake, no. However from November thru the end of March we offer shipping of our complete line of Munchies for our established clientele. We are not an online company, but someday we hope to change that.

I just want buttercream, can you do that? I hate fondant. We do not offer buttercream only cakes. ChefMitchie prefers the edible medium, fondant, for a number of reasons. It can be manipulated into shapes, is a blank canvas, protects what’s on the inside keeping it fresh and even more delicious than imagined. Don’t like fondant? It can be removed once you slice your piece of cake; similar to peeling an orange but easier. And bonus, there’s a scrumptious layer of buttercream under it!
